How it works

From your material to team readiness.

Five steps, no typing evenings. You stay the author at every one.

  1. Bring what you have

A YouTube video, a PDF — even a scan or a training recording.

  2. InsportAI drafts

Your material becomes questions with answers — in English, Russian or Spanish.

  3. You approve

Review and edit every question. A test goes live at exactly ten — never padded, never thin.

  4. Assign to groups

Your athletes get it in the same app they already play. Every invitation is accepted, never forced.

  5. Read the readiness

Heatmaps move red to green. You see who's ready and what to drill next.

The InsportAI builder

You know the game. Insporta writes the tests.

The knowledge is yours; the typing isn't. Bring material in any form — InsportAI does the drafting, you keep the final word.

The InsportAI builder

Video, PDF, scan or audio — in. Ten questions — out.

Heavy work runs async: submit, watch the waiting page, land on review. Every generated question is editable before anything saves — InsportAI multiplies your material, you stay the author.

Video, PDF, scan or audio

A YouTube link with subtitles, a PDF, a scanned rulebook, an audio recording — InsportAI reads, listens and drafts.

Every question passes through you

Review, edit, approve. Nothing reaches your athletes without your sign-off.

What your athletes get

For them it's a game. That's the point.

Assigned homework gets skipped; games get opened. Insporta is built like the second.

The evidence behind the method

Measure the part of the game you can coach.

The cognitive side of sport is worth measuring — but only when the material comes from the sport itself. That is the finding Insporta is built on, and the standard it holds itself to.

One study measured both approaches on the same players

Each bar is the share of the variance in playing level that test explained.

A test built from real match situations
34%
A generic football-intelligence composite
13%
A reactive stress test
0%

Reinhard, Mann and Höner, Journal of Science and Medicine in Sport, 2025 — 110 youth footballers.

Those figures belong to that study's 360° video decision-making test, not to Insporta. What they settle is where to measure: inside the sport.

Kalén and colleagues, 2021 — a meta-analysis in Psychological Bulletin

Sport-specific content, by design

Hundreds of pooled studies, sorted into three levels of cognition: only the sport-specific level separates players by standard. Every Insporta question is about your sport — its rules, its tactics, its patterns.

Kalén and colleagues, 2021

A topic profile, not a single score

The same work found the discrimination comes from decomposing a sport into its parts. That is what the readiness heatmap is: accuracy by topic, weakest first, down to the misconception your squad actually holds.

Beavan and colleagues, 2020 — 343 players, three seasons

Knowledge is the trainable part

The executive functions of players at a professional club developed like the general population's, season after season. Knowledge does not — it is acquired. What a test finds here is something your next session can act on.

Höner and colleagues, 2021 — 13,869 players

Your judgement stays in the model

In the largest prospective talent study in Europe, no single measure beat a combination of them, and coaches' subjective ratings improved the prediction on top of every objective score. A readiness number belongs beside your reading of the squad, not instead of it.

What Insporta does not claim

Not a predictor of a professional career: in that same study 9% of players reached academy level within three seasons, so any predictor flags many who never progress. Not intelligence, not reaction speed, not physical readiness. The figures on this page belong to the studies that produced them; Insporta's own reliability will be reported from Insporta's own data, against the r = .78 benchmark the field uses.

What it changes

One week in, two different things are true.

The evidence above says what is worth measuring. This is what measuring it actually gives you — and what it gives the club above you.

For the coach

Your evenings back

A YouTube video, a PDF, a scan, an audio recording — InsportAI drafts ten questions from it while you make coffee. You review, edit and approve every one; nothing reaches your athletes without your sign-off.

A session aimed at the actual gap

The topic heatmap ranks the squad's accuracy weakest first and names the wrong answer your players actually chose. That is Tuesday's drill, chosen from data instead of a hunch.

The squad before the match, not after

Readiness updates the moment a test closes, on the phone, from the touchline. Only first answers count, so nothing can be replayed into a better number — and thin data shows as thin rather than as red.

For the club

One panel, every team

Analytics across every coach, every group and every athlete in the club, in one place. The club panel is a coach panel too, so your own groups and tests live inside it.

Readiness as a number, before the match

Every squad carries one figure with every layer under it — by topic, by player, down to the misconception. The same measure in every team, week after week, so a squad's preparation stops being a matter of opinion.

Every coach keeps authorship

You share one invite link and decide who joins; each coach stays the author of their own material, while the club keeps the whole picture. Registering a club is free and takes about a minute — an independent coach gets the same panel as a club of one.

For clubs

The level above: your whole club.

Register your club in about a minute — free, no card. An independent coach? A club of one gets the same panel.

Not just football

One panel, every team in the club.

Football is the deep end — the line-up, the formations. Every other section (groups, InsportAI, readiness) works the same for whichever sport your club runs.
